Downtown Ventura’s Annual 4th of July Street Fair!

Downtown Ventura’s Annual 4th of July Street Fair!

This 4th of July, join in the tradition and come on out to the street fair in Downtown Ventura where you will experience all of the great things that street fairs have to offer. Each year has a theme and this year’s theme is “Sea to Shining Sea.” Be one of thousands and thousands who come to support this event and see why over 30,000 people attend.

What does the street fair have to offer?

For starters, let’s talk about the good stuff, the FOOD! There will be several food booths to choose from including local eats. There will also be live entertainment on several stages all along Main Street. Therefore, as you walk around, look, and shop, you will be able to hear the music. A favorite for the kids is the Kids Zone which will have all sorts of rides and inflatable bouncy houses. The Ventura Fire Department will also be there showcasing a fire engine for the kids to see and explore.

The Parade is local favorite, as well. This Pushem Pullem Parade is so much fun because both children and adults get to participate. People ride bikes, pull little red wagons, all dressed up for the parade.

Last, but not least, is The Rotary Club of Ventura’s Fireworks Show and Family Picnic. This fireworks show is worth the tickets! It For 23 years, families have come out to hang on the lawn of the Ventura College Athletic Fields, and enjoy live music, food vendors, a kids fun zone, and of course, the fireworks! This is a very family and picnic friendly atmosphere. For more information, visit

All of the booths are full so you can be sure to get a great variety of handmade goods, arts, crafts, and all sorts of original pieces.
