St. Patrick’s Day is just over two weeks away. For many people, that means a meal of corned beef and cabbage. And for the adults, that meal may include a nice pint of Guinness. But even if you do not drink alcohol, do not care for cabbage, or even if you do not happen to be Irish, you can still celebrate Ventura St Patrick’s Day by the Sea at Ventura Harbor Village.

Ventura Harbor Village plays host to the Ventura St Patrick's Day by the Sea celebration on March 15th & 17th.

Ventura St Patrick’s Day by the Sea 2026

St. Patrick’s Day itself falls on a Tuesday this year. But if you happen to visit Ventura Harbor Village on Sunday, March 15th, you will be in for a pleasant Irish surprise. The musical group Shenanigans performs lived from 1 pm to 4 pm in the Channel Islands Courtyard. Enjoy traditional Irish jigs along with several rousing Irish drinking songs and more Celtic fun. The Boatyard Pub offers the traditional corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes meal on Sunday as well. Also, while you dine, The Wrenwood Sessions performs lots of high-energy Irish music live.

The celebrating at Ventura Harbor Village continues on St. Patrick’s Day. Around 2 pm, the Ventura Fire Department’s Pipe and Drum Band marches through the village with their bagpipes belting out Celtic tunes. Make sure you wear green or else you might find yourself getting pinched. And you do not have to be Irish to celebrate Irish music or food. Just bring your friends and/or family to Ventura Harbor Village for great family-friendly fun.
